What we collect
Your name, business name, email, and phone number. Your answers to our voice questionnaire. The public reviews on your Business Profile, which we reply to. Billing is handled by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number. This site uses no ads and no tracking cookies.
How we use it
Only to provide the service: drafting and posting replies and posts, asking for your approvals, sending reports, and billing. We don’t sell or rent your information.
Prospecting emails
If we emailed you first, we found your published business email on your own website. Reply “stop” and we’ll add you to our do-not-contact list right away and never email you again.
Service providers
Stripe (payments), our email provider, and Cloudflare (website hosting). Each processes data only to deliver its service.
Health information
We don’t accept patient or protected health information. Please don’t send it.
Retention
We keep client records, including your written authorization, while you’re a client and for up to 3 years after. You can ask us to delete anything the law doesn’t require us to keep.
