1. What we do

Replies ($49/mo per location): we draft and post replies to new Google reviews, usually within 1 business day. Replies + Posts ($99/mo per location): everything in Replies, plus one Business Profile post a week and a monthly summary.

2. Your authorization

By subscribing and inviting us, you authorize Replied Local to reply to reviews and, on Replies + Posts, to publish posts on your Google Business Profile. You give this access by inviting our account as a Manager, not an Owner. You keep ownership and can remove us anytime. We never ask for your password. We tell you about every change we make.

3. Approvals

For your first 2 weeks, you approve every reply. Replies to 1–3★ reviews always need your approval. Posts that mention a price or offer need your approval.

4. Honest reviews only

We never write, buy, or post fake reviews, offer incentives for reviews, help with review gating, or ask anyone to remove a review. We won’t admit liability or promise compensation on your behalf.

5. Health-care businesses

Our replies never confirm that a reviewer is or was a patient and never mention treatment, visits, or conditions. You approve every reply. Please don’t send us patient information. We don’t accept protected health information.

6. No guarantees

We don’t guarantee rankings, placement, visibility, ratings, or results. Google controls its platform.

7. Google Business Profile is free

Google provides Business Profile at no cost. Our fee is for our management service only. Replied Local is not affiliated with Google. See Google’s “Working with a third party” notice and third-party policies.

8. Billing

Billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Renews automatically until you cancel. No contract. {FIRST-MONTH REFUND WORDING: PENDING APPROVAL}

9. Cancellation

Cancel anytime by emailing hello@repliedlocal.com or through the link on your receipt. Within 7 business days, we remove our access to your profile and confirm by email. Replies and posts we already published stay up unless you delete them.

10. Liability

The service is provided “as is.” Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. {PENDING REVIEW}

11. Changes

We give 30 days’ email notice before changing these terms or your price.
